Bellerose Senior Living has a carefully developed delivery-of-care system that honors and respects our residents with around the clock, exceptionally trained, caregivers. Founded with a Mission

Bellerose Senior Living founders David Fiori and Jeff Rodriguez began with a mission--create an Assisted Living Facility in San Jose that they would be proud of and was great enough to care for their own parents. Both founders are family men first and foremost. David and Jeff are also dedicated altruists who never hesitate to help others in need.

Our founders witnessed a tremendous void in high quality Assisted Living options in San Jose and strove to fill it. The result was the opening of Bellerose Senior Living in 2016. In 2020, co-founder Jeff Rodriguez, placed his beloved Grandmother Juanita at Bellerose where she lived out her life in happiness and dignity.

Bellerose Senior Living takes a person-centered care approach with our residents. We evaluate each residents’ needs and work closely with them, their family members, and doctors to provide individualized care for their best possible experience. Our extensively trained caregivers provide care with empathy, creating an optimal experience for our residents while meeting their needs. We also boast some of the lowest staff-to-resident ratios  in the Assisted Living industry.

Bellerose is always integrating the best and most innovative ways to serve its residents—making use of technology advances to industry-leading safeguards. This along with maintaining much higher staff numbers compared to other facilities has allowed us to accept residents that other communities do not.

Our 24-7 'awake' staffing policy means that, day or night, there is a trained medical technician available to respond to urgent and non-urgent care needs. This Bellerose policy exceeds State mandates by far and other assisted living providers. We believe it is our moral and ethical responsibility to provide this level of care.
